Antibacterial agent that kills C. acnes bacteria and unclogs pores through oxidation.
- Kills acne-causing bacteria on contact - Reduces active acne rapidly - Prevents antibiotic resistance when used with topical antibiotics - Available in 2.5–10%
Dryness, peeling, redness. Bleaches fabrics and hair. Increases sun sensitivity.
Start with 2.5% — as effective as 10% with less irritation. Apply thin layer to affected areas. Wash off after 5–10 min if too drying.
